Job summary

The Career Nest is seeking a Sales & Events Executive in Dubai to drive revenue for a premium restaurant and bar concept. You will source, pitch, negotiate, and close corporate dinners, brand activations, and private buyouts with a strong local network.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in upscale hospitality sales, a verified UAE rolodex, and a proven track record of closing contracts. Fluency in English is required; Russian/European language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of sales and business development in upscale hospitality or events.
• Active UAE client portfolio with corporate, agencies and private hosts.
• Proven ability to close contracts independently and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners and private buyouts.
• Leverage existing UAE corporate networks, event agencies, and high-net-worth clients.
• Manage end-to-end sales from inquiry to contracts and day-of client relations.
• Network across Dubai's corporate and lifestyle circles to build new pipelines.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
