Job summary

The Career Nest is seeking a Sales & Events Executive in Dubai to spearhead corporate, social, and private buyouts for a premium restaurant and bar concept. You will close deals, curate elevated dining experiences, and convert a strong local network into confirmed covers.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in upscale hospitality or luxury event sales, with a proven ability to close contracts and manage high-profile clients. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in upscale hospitality, nightlife, or luxury events sales.
Strong network with UAE corporate clients and agencies.
Ability to close contracts independently and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Drive commercial venue revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and venue buyouts.
Leverage your existing rolodex of event agencies, corporate accounts, concierge desks, and private high-net-worth clients across the UAE.
Manage end-to-end event sales: inquiry qualification, tailored proposals, menu walk-throughs, contracts, and on-the-day client management.
Proactively network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife, and lifestyle circuits to uncover new business pipelines.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
