Job summary

Career Nest Academy in Dubai invites a results-driven Sales & Events Executive to spearhead corporate, social, and private buyouts for a premium restaurant and bar concept.

You will close deals, leverage your UAE network of event agencies and high-net-worth clients, and manage end-to-end event sales from inquiry to on-the-day service. Fluent English is required; Russian or European languages are a plus. This is a revenue-focused role with base plus performance commission.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in upscale Dubai hospitality or events sales.
• Active portfolio of corporate clients and agencies in UAE.
• Fluent English; Russian/European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling corporate dinners, brand activations, and venue buyouts.
• Prepare bespoke proposals, walk-through menus, contracts, and close deals.
• Develop new business pipelines across Dubai's corporate and nightlife sectors.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
