A leading technology organization is seeking an experienced IT Director to manage and oversee IT operations and digital transformation across multiple entities. This strategic role requires a strong leader to implement and align IT strategy with business goals, ensuring robust cybersecurity, vendor management, and efficient IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT with a minimum of 10 years' experience in progressive IT roles, including 5 in leadership positions. The job is based in Dubai, UAE, requiring on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in IT leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT operations, networking, cloud services, and IT governance frameworks.
• Proven track record in IT infrastructure of large organizations, vendor management, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee management and optimization of infrastructure (servers, networking).
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring for IT service providers.
