Job summary

EuroTech in Dubai is seeking a motivated Guest Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to guests. You will assist with check-in/out, coordinate guest requests, and uphold professional standards to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires a hospitality-related degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. Accommodation is provided along with a competitive salary; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
• Handle all guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Coordinate room assignments and ensure all guest preferences are met.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Address any issues or complaints from guests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, etc.
• Assist with check-out procedures including collecting payments, processing invoices, etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel.
