Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily IT support activities and prioritise requests.
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network connectivity and hotel IT systems.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, phones and other IT devices.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex matters to management or providers.
• Manage user accounts, software installations, updates and security patches.
• Maintain IT equipment inventories, licences and warranties.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for maintenance and support.
