• Maintain accurate guest information and service-related records.
• Assist in resolving routine guest concerns and escalade complex matters appropriately.
• Monitor service standards and help maintain a professional guest environment.
• Support event, meeting, or special guest arrangements when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of guest services.
• Assist with billing, payments, and basic administrative documentation when required.
• Prepare basic operational reports and shift handover information.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and business information.
• Follow hotel, restaurant, hygiene, safety, and customer-service procedures.
• Support management with other hospitality-related duties as assigned.
