• Education: Juris Doctor (JD), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience: At least 5-7 years of legal practice experience, particularly in corporate or commercial law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Flexible Legal Counsel or General Counsel, leading legal operations during organisational transitions.
• Offer strategic legal advice to clients in various industries, ensuring compliance with both local and international laws.
• Oversee legal initiatives, including contract reviews, dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with both internal and external legal teams to facilitate the achievement of clients' business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft precise, clear legal documentation and reports.
