Job summary

The Team Builders in Dubai is seeking an experienced Events Sales professional to drive private bookings, corporate events and celebrations across two upscale venues: an Upscale Pet-Friendly Caf and an Italian Restaurant & Lounge. You will develop new business through corporate outreach, networking, and client relationships, and manage enquiries, proposals, pricing, and follow-ups to convert leads into bookings.

Collaborative planning with management and chefs is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in events sales within hospitality or lifestyle venues.
• Strong corporate sales, networking, and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive event sales private bookings corporate events and special celebrations across both venues
• Develop new business opportunities through corporate outreach networking and client relationships
• Manage event enquiries prepare proposals follow up on leads and convert enquiries into bookings
• Coordinate closely with the management team and chefs on event planning customised menus pricing and special requirements
• Ensure seamless communication between clients chefs and venue management from enquiry to event execution
• Oversee event arrangements and ensure excellent guest satisfaction
• Build partnerships with corporate clients event planners and relevant businesses to generate repeat business
• Achieve sales targets and maximise event revenue across both venues
