Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Dubai seeks an Events Sales Manager to drive new business, manage client relationships, and lead proposals for luxury events. You will coordinate with internal teams and ensure each event meets clients' commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality, private clubs, luxury service or related environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A genuine interest in delivering refined, personalised experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage event enquiries and develop proposals based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with members, guests, corporate contacts and partners.
• Conduct meetings and venue visits professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to plan and deliver events.
• Maintain records of enquiries, bookings, and client communications.
• Follow up with clients to encourage engagement and future opportunities.
• Support development of new business through networks and referrals.
• Ensure communications reflect club standards and discretion.
• Assist with event forecasts, reporting, and general commercial administration.
• Remain informed about market trends and opportunities.
