Job summary

• Experience in Dubai hospitality sector.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale events with active entertainment components.
• Ability to attract high-end clients through an existing database and strong network of contacts.
• Strong negotiation skills with end-to-end proposals and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive event and group revenue across venues.
• Prepare and manage proposals and contracts with accurate tracking and forecasting.
• Build and nurture client relationships with event agencies and multinational partners.
• Act as liaison between clients and General Manager, supporting events on-site.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary and Operations to align offerings with brand positioning.
