Job summary

The Team Builders, a premier hospitality group in Abu Dhabi, seeks an experienced Events Manager to drive private dining and high-value corporate and social events across its luxury restaurant venues.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will manage end-to-end planning, coordinate with operations, culinary and marketing teams, and build relationships with VIP clients, embassies and luxury planners to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum 35 years experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant event management.
Strong background in private dining corporate events and social celebrations.
Proven track record in driving event sales and meeting revenue KPIs.
Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

Drive event revenue across luxury restaurant brands.
Manage end-to-end planning and execution of private hires and high profile events.
Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, corporates, embassies and luxury planners.
Coordinate closely with operations, culinary and marketing teams.
Develop creative event concepts aligned with premium brand positioning.
Ensure seamless guest experience delivery and post-event follow-up.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
