Accor Group in Dubai is seeking an Events Sales Executive to drive meetings, conferences, corporate functions and social celebrations. You will manage enquiries from qualification through proposal to bookings, and promote hotel event facilities and catering to corporate and social clients.

The role requires a balance of sales ability, attention to detail and coordination with Finance, Event Planning and Operations to ensure bookings are documented and handed over with complete event

Qualifikationen

• Fluent professional English required.
• Experience in hotel events sales, banqueting sales, MICE or venue-sales preferred.
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage assigned enquiries for meetings, conferences, training programmes, corporate events and social celebrations.
• Qualify incoming leads by identifying event requirements, dates, attendance and commercial potential.
• Maintain professional communication with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
• Track enquiry progress from initial contact to booking confirmation.
• Respond to client questions regarding event facilities, packages and available services.
• Follow up consistently on pending proposals and booking decisions.
• Maintain organized records of enquiries and related correspondence.
