Job summary

Accorhotel is seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales professional in Dubai to generate new business across corporate, aviation and government sectors. You will grow accounts, manage pipelines and prepare rate proposals while coordinating with internal teams for a seamless client experience.

Ideal candidates possess 2+ years in proactive hotel sales with an established corporate network; English fluency is required, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in proactive hotel sales in Dubai/UAE.
• Existing network of corporate buyers and decision-makers preferred.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Understand hotel corporate contracting, RFPs, and account production.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/sales reporting systems; UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting and securing accounts across corporate, aviation, consulting, training, government-related, sports and other segments.
• Grow account production by developing plans, conducting calls and managing assigned accounts to increase contracted room nights and market share.
• Manage the sales pipeline with qualified leads, next actions, value, decision-makers and CRM updates.
• Handle corporate contracting by preparing rate proposals, negotiating within guidelines and coordinating RFPs.
• Sell the complete destination including rooms, meetings spaces, dining and cross-sell with Meetings & Events.
• Represent the hotel through client appointments, site inspections and networking.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, Finance and Events for smooth offers and client experience.
• Review results by monitoring production vs targets and analyzing activity for corrective actions.
