Strategic MICE & Corporate Sales Leader

Job summary

Accorhotel in Dubai is seeking a seasoned hotel sales professional to drive MICE and corporate revenue. You will develop strategies, secure new accounts, and nurture existing relationships to maximize room nights and events.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and market analysis skills, with a network of UAE corporate partners. You will collaborate with revenue, events, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience with at least 2 years handling MICE and/or Corporate accounts in a similar role.
• Previous experience within the Dubai/UAE hospitality market is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of MICE, Corporate Groups, Meetings & Events and hotel room sales segments.
• Established network of corporate clients, event planners, travel management companies and business partners within the UAE market is an advantage.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts, negotiate commercial agreements and achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, account management, business development and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert revenue opportunities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider Sales & Marketing and operational teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel PMS, CRM and sales systems is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue from the MICE and Corporate segments.
• Proactively identify prospect and secure new corporate accounts.
• Manage and develop existing key accounts to maximize room nights, meetings, events and revenue.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, site inspections and hotel familiarization visits.
• Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotations, corporate agreements and negotiated rates.
