Accor is seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager in Dubai to lead key account development and drive revenue across rooms, meetings, and F&B. You will build relationships with corporate partners, travel trade, and government accounts, while shaping a personal business plan with the Director of Sales & Marketing.

The role requires 5–7 years of hospitality sales experience in Dubai, 2–3 years in a leadership capacity, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive hospitality sales experience in Dubai, UAE.
• 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales, corporate accounts, travel trade, MICE, and government segments.
• Experience with hotel PMS and sales/catering systems (Opera Cloud, Anis, Cvent, Passk).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in specific areas of responsibility.
• Drive and maintain robust positive relations with key accounts and business partners.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for rooms, meetings, conferences, and food & beverage.
• Develop a network of contacts to secure hotel trials for key decision makers.
• Create and maintain a personal business plan in conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Maintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts, and quotes.
• Conduct sales calls averaging 25 per week and minimum two account entertainments per week.
• Negotiate corporate contracts and group business.
• Monitor account revenue and business production for corporate portfolios.
