Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking a Manager – Training (UAE National) to lead the design and delivery of training programs. The role focuses on enhancing employee capability, engagement, and performance. Responsibilities include managing the annual training plan, assessing training needs, and delivering impactful learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, 4–6 years of experience in training, and strong facilitation skills. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on talent development.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Experience delivering training in a multicultural environment.
  • L&D, CIPD, Coaching, or NLP certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training and development programs aligned with business and talent strategies.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify capability gaps.
  • Develop and manage the annual training plan, calendar, and budget.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
  • Partner with external training vendors and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.

Skills

Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical, results-driven, and innovative mindset

Education

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Masters in relevant field
