Qualifications

• Significant generalist HR experience at senior level.
• Law firm experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in professional services or similarly complex environments.
• Experience working in international and/or matrixed organisations.
• Knowledge of UAE employment practices and labour legislation.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR advisor to Partners and senior leaders across the region.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and deliver people and talent priorities.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations, performance, and people matters.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
