Job summary

tactical. is seeking a senior HR generalist/People leader to blend strategy with hands-on delivery in Dubai. You will steer the People function, drive policy and system improvements, and partner with leaders to align HR with business goals.

You will own the lifecycle of employees, oversee onboarding/offboarding, lead performance processes, and ensure compliance across UAE labour law while building a strong, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 7 years' generalist HR experience across management and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience developing and managing HR policies, processes, employee relations matters, escalations and documentation.
• Experience building and leading a team, plus running performance review cycles.

Responsibilities

• Strategic execution: advise leaders, partner to drive business objectives, guide the People team with clear priorities.
• People strategy, performance and data: own the long-term People roadmap, deliver KPI dashboards, and use data insights for improvements.
• Employee lifecycle: oversee hiring, onboarding, offboarding, communications, and lifecycle touchpoints to align with our values.
• Performance and talent: design and run the performance framework, calibration, and talent reviews.
• Employee relations and culture: act as escalation point and foster a collaborative, accountable culture.
• HRIS: manage People tech ecosystem, ensure data security and process efficiency.
• Policies, benefits, compliance: own policies/benefits strategy, ensure UAE labour law compliance and visa/contracts management.
