Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 8–12 years HR experience including Business/People Partnering.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Telecom, Aviation or large multi-site environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM is preferred.

A leading Abu Dhabi based publicly listed group of companies is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner (Arabic Speaker) to join its Human Capital team. This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping drive people initiatives that support business performance, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and capability development. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and Human Capital Centers of Excellence to deliver people solutions aligned with business priorities while fostering a high performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Rewards, and HR Operations teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and people related matters.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, and organizational development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives across assigned business functions.
• Utilize people analytics and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and governance requirements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a Business Partnering or People Partnering capacity.
• Experience within Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Telecommunications, Aviation, or other large multi-site environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience utilizing HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms is preferred.
