Job summary

Trading Enterprises in Dubai, UAE seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to advise senior leaders on people strategies and drive organizational performance. The role covers HR operations, employee relations, development, workforce planning, and compliance with UAE employment requirements.

You will partner with management to enhance engagement, lead change, support localization, and translate business priorities into HR initiatives. CIPD is desirable and a Bachelor’s in HR/Business is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Management or related field.
• CIPD certification is desirable.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience in an HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR strategies and annual people plans with business leaders.
• Support organizational development, succession planning, and performance processes.
• Coach managers on employee relations and workplace issues.
• Partner with management to enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Contribute to workforce planning, restructuring and localization objectives.
• Provide HR input on budgeting, manpower planning, and cost management.
