Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership in Dubai is seeking a Head of HR to lead the development and execution of people strategies across the business. You will oversee talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, payroll oversight, Emiratisation initiatives, and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws while partnering with senior leadership to build a high-performing, inclusive workplace.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role in relevant industries.
• Strong knowledge of personnel administration, compensation and benefits, performance management, labour laws, and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Oversee succession planning and talent development.
• Manage employee relations, compensation benchmarking, and annual reviews.
• Supervise payroll oversight, insurance renewals, and Emiratisation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; support organisational change.
• Drive employee engagement and a positive, inclusive culture; manage HR budget and external partners.
