Job summary

Career Raiser in Dubai seeks an experienced HR leader to head the Human Resources team, delivering a comprehensive HR service across the business. You will guide employee relations, performance management, learning and development, training, recruitment and compensation, shaping people solutions and priorities.

You will coach senior managers, ensure policy compliance with employment law, manage budgets, and drive TUPE and other HR projects with a professional, commercial approach that delivers

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading HR teams and delivering a full HR service.
• Strong communication and advisory skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience handling TUPE, redundancy, or major HR projects.
• Solid understanding of employment law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
• Oversee employee relations including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, etc.
• Coach managers on performance management processes.
• Provide guidance on development, learning and training agendas.
• Manage recruitment activity and campaigns and advise on rewards.
