Responsibilities

Technical Validation: lead deep-dive discovery, capture requirements, map DNS/CDN/Zero Trust/Network Security/Workers to Cloudflare architectures; define success criteria for PoCs and technical validations.
Customer Adoption & Value Realization: oversee onboarding and implementation as the main engineering contact; design migration blueprints and guide customer teams.
Commercial Accountability & Expansion: carry a quota tied to new business and renewals; drive platform adoption and cross-sell opportunities; lead QBRs for ROI.
Trusted Advisory: maintain ongoing relationships with stakeholders; advise on architecture, AI controls, security posture, and deployment confidence.
AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate routine tasks and reclaim time for strategic advisory.
Education & Enablement: collaborate with Enablement Team to create SOPs, best practices, and technical guides.
