Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Relations or similar role in banking.
• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products and services.
• Thorough knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Credit and Operational Policies and Procedures.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
• Strong training and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and MIS data handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage deposits and related documentation in line with KYC and CB instructions.
• Handle inquiries on finance products and cards; maintain customer files.
• Sell and cross-sell ADIB products while promoting the bank’s image.
• Lead and train subordinates; coordinate staff development.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in daily operations.
