Job summary

ADIB is seeking a professional for home finance customer relations in Dubai. You will handle inquiries on deposits, openings and closings, resolve complaints, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet service turnaround times while ensuring KYC and UAE regulatory compliance.

You will also cross-sell ADIB home finance products and coach colleagues on service skills. The role requires 0-2 years in customer relations or similar banking roles, with strong knowledge of ADIB retail banking

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in customer relations or similar banking roles.
• Broad knowledge of ADIB retail banking products and services.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
• Sales and training skills.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle home finance customer deposit account inquiries, openings and closings.
• Resolve Home Finance customer complaints and keep customers informed on query status.
• Meet turnaround times and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC rules and Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• Cross-sell ADIB products to home finance customers.
• Support and coach colleagues on service skills.
