ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer for the Shaikh Zayed Road Branch in Dubai. The role focuses on deposit accounts for home finance customers, handling inquiries, and enforcing KYC/CB guidelines in a customer-centric environment.

This UAE Nationals-only position emphasizes service quality, handling complaints, achieving targets, and cross-selling ADIB products while maintaining strong operational controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ADIB retail banking products and services.
• In-depth understanding of retail credit and operations policies.
• Solid knowledge of UAE banking regulations and risks.
• Familiarity with Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• Awareness of local market competitors.
• Adequate knowledge of service standards.
• Experience with training and sales.
• Ability to analyze MIS and use computers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to deposit accounts for home finance customers.
• Open and close deposit accounts; ensure proper forms and observe KYC/CB instructions.
• Close home finance customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure TAT is adhered to and strive to exceed expectations.
• Keep the customer informed on the status of queries.
• Coordinate with other departments professionally.
• Deliver service skills support and coach colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Perform key operational controls per ADIB policies and procedures.
• Cross-sell ADIB products to home finance customers.
