Job summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to develop corporate opportunities and grow insurance sales in Dubai. You will identify prospective clients, build relationships, present solutions, prepare proposals, and support revenue targets.

Ideal candidates have experience in corporate insurance sales, group medical insurance, or employee benefits, with strong lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Insurance or related field preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, lead generation, account management or business development is preferred.
• Experience selling corporate insurance products, group medical insurance, employee benefits, property & casualty insurance or other business insurance solutions is advantageous.
• Knowledge of insurance products, quotes, renewals, and the corporate sales process is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective corporate clients to generate new insurance sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to win new business accounts and meet sales targets.
• Promote group medical insurance, employee benefits, property and casualty insurance.
• Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and meetings.
• Maintain relationships with decision-makers and internal stakeholders; update CRM with status and forecasts.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines and coordinate with underwriting.
