Bayzat, a leading UAE-based SaaS scale-up, is expanding its Insurance Sales team in Dubai. We seek high-potential sales professionals to drive growth in Group Health Insurance solutions.

Strong communication, presentation skills, and a sales-first mindset are essential, regardless of prior insurance experience. You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, build robust pipelines, and collaborate across functions to deliver exceptional client value.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in the local market.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and concepts.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships across departments.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Win new business through inbound/outbound efforts and effective value propositions.
• Explain the value proposition and insurance landscape to clients.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Meet or exceed assigned targets within set timelines.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
