Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive new business in the UAE insurance brokerage sector. You will identify corporate clients, promote products, and close opportunities.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, prepare proposals, and contribute to strategy and targets, with incentives and annual increments. Laptop and Plan provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Female candidate with strong Arabic communication skills and good English proficiency.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in corporate/B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
• UAE market experience is preferred; insurance or financial services experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate clients, generate leads, and promote the company’s insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, decision-makers, and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up on opportunities to close business.
