Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is recruiting for a full-time role in Dubai, UAE, to identify and develop corporate clients for an insurance brokerage. You will build strong relationships with decision-makers and partners, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business, while shaping sales strategies and tracking market trends.

We seek candidates with proven B2B sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a preference for UAE market knowledge;

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
• UAE market experience preferred; insurance or financial services experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate clients, generate leads, and promote the company’s insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, decision-makers, and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up on opportunities to close business.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies, achieve business targets, monitor market trends, and maintain sales reports
