Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a proactive B2B Sales / Business Development professional to identify and win new corporate clients for HR solutions, recruitment and staffing services.

You will conduct field visits, cold calls and presentations, build lasting relationships with decision-makers, and drive revenue through lead generation, proposals, and contract closures while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales/business development.
• Experience in field/outdoor sales and corporate client acquisition.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct regular client visits and face-to-face meetings with companies across Dubai.
• Promote and sell HR solutions, recruitment, staffing, and related services.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Visit prospective clients to understand recruitment and HR requirements.
• Generate leads, arrange meetings, conduct presentations, and convert prospects into clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and commercial offers to prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients to close business.
• Develop new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate with the recruitment/HR team to understand client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain records of leads, client visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
