Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Local insurance Industry.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Holding current portfolio of existing clients and prospects.
• Knowledge of insurance products and market practices in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and expand the client portfolio through proactive business development activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions.
• Prepare proposals, present insurance quotes, and customize plans using internal tools and systems.
• Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
