Job summary

CAM AUTO CENTRE in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Mechanical & Body Shop Service Advisor for a full-time, on-site role. You will be the primary contact for customers, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, explain repairs, and prepare estimates.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of service advisory experience, strong English, excellent customer service, and proficiency with service management software to manage job orders and billing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a service advisor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Dubai language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with service management software for job orders and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines in a busy workshop.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and explain recommended mechanical/body repair work.
• Prepare estimates and open/close job orders.
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain records in the service management system.
• Support quality control, promote maintenance services, and assist with billing.
