Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience as a Body and Paint Service Advisor in a reputed automotive workshop.
• Strong knowledge of body parts, accident repair processes, and general mechanical components related to body and paint work.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by following Al‑Futtaim service standards.
• Manage body and paint service requests from vehicle inspection to repair completion.
• Advise customers on repair requirements, timelines, pricing, and recommended additional services.
