Position Summary

Nokia is seeking a strategic and results-driven Domain Delivery Lead to oversee service and care delivery operations across the MEA region. This leadership role is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and the successful execution of delivery commitments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Delivery Managers to ensure seamless service execution
  • Define and implement efficient delivery models using both local and remote teams
  • Act as the primary liaison with Market Services and customers to resolve delivery challenges
  • Optimize resource planning and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
  • Support pre-sales activities by validating delivery readiness and scoping requirements
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across delivery operations
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in service delivery or operations within the telecom industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of telecom services, care delivery, and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel across MEA region as required
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Nokia CNS or DDU frameworks
  • PMP or ITIL certification
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in telecom
  • Multilingual proficiency (Arabic, French, or others)
  • Exposure to regional telecom market dynamics in MEA
