The Digital Transformation & Analytics Senior Specialist role has dual responsibility covering Technology and software solution development as well as project management with external and internal teams in the Delivery of Digital transformation and Data flow management and data analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making within the organization particularly in analytics-related deliverables.
Digital Transformation is a key part of the role that requires an understanding of the relevant technology used in the vertical transport industry as well as the ability to comprehend business processes and apply LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to recommend enhancements in current technology operating methodologies and offerings leading to improved productivity and business results. Studying gaps and development areas within each business function and working on building new solutions software modules or automation to enhance the time taken for informed decision making at each level within the business functions.
Data Analytics part of the role analyzes business processes offerings services and systems to improve current processes and make proposals for profitable business decisions that are based on data analytics and insights. The Analytics role requires holistic and deep knowledge of various analytics methods and tools. S/he supports the stakeholders with complex analytics use cases. S/he provides detailed information about business performance eliminates inefficiencies in processes and supports prioritizing improvement initiatives. The position has a key role in better data-based decision-making and driving improvements in analytics capabilities across the company.
