The role will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise success.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across online channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and product launches.
- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across channels like social media, email, and continuously monitor and optimise campaigns for performance, adjusting targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximise ROI.
- Oversee the creation of digital content, including website copy, blogs, social media posts, and videos, ensuring all materials are on-brand, compliant, and resonate with the target audience.
- Track, analyse, and report on key metrics (e.g. engagement, conversion rates, and website traffic) to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- Use social listening tools to monitor conversations around the brand and industry trends to inform content strategies.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimise campaign performance.
- Experience in creating and managing compliant digital content, understanding industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines) for marketing in the healthcare space.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, with experience in content optimisation and keyword research.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
