A leading digital drilling solutions provider is seeking a candidate for a field-based role focused on ensuring the success of the Kaizen digital application through training and support. The role involves working closely with drilling engineers and internal teams. A minimum of 4 years of experience in MWD/LWD or related fields, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with drilling practices, is required. Willingness to travel internationally is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in MWD / LWD, directional drilling, or drilling engineering.
• Must be prepared for international travel.
• Ability to communicate daily with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support digital drilling applications through training and customer support.
• Engage with customer-side Drilling Engineers during deployments.
• Provide specialized knowledge for Kaizen product deployments.
