Lead the design development process from concept to IFC stage, ensuring alignment with project requirements, budget, and schedule. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure technical accuracy. Review and approve drawings, material submittals, and design deliverables, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and client expectations. Manage design risks, value engineering exercises, and design change procedures. Conduct design workshops, progress reviews, and technical meetings with stakeholders. Ensure seamless flow of design information to site teams to avoid delays or discrepancies.
