Qualifications

• Comfortable with Excel including pivot tables, formulas and dashboards.
• Effective communicator across internal platforms and shared drives.
• Valid Driver’s License (for dispatch support or merchant visits).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end order flow ensuring timely and successful fulfilment across all channels.
• Investigate and resolve failed or delayed orders with partners.
• Onboard and train new merchants on delivery operations.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to suggest improvements.
• Manage delivery logistics for special campaigns or projects.
