Role Description 📝

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and curious Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and insights generation. You will work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive performance across channels.

What You’ll Be Doing ✅
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business strategy.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key business and marketing metrics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Support performance marketing analytics, attribution tracking, and reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting tools.
Skills & Qualifications 🧩
  • 6–8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with performance marketing metrics, attribution, and campaign analysis is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in e‑commerce, retail, or consumer brands is advantageous.
