In this role

In this role, you will:

The Customer Due Diligence Manager will sit within the FCCS team and will support the CDD and CTR Manager in the effective management of the CDD activities for IWPB UAE. This will include:

  • Ensure delivery to CDD requirements according to agreed priorities for IWPB UAE.
  • Derive the decisions relating to IWPB CDD solutions and escalation of issues, risks and dependencies.
  • Responsible for implementing the CDD framework
  • Responsible and accountable for the introduction, implementation and establishment of efficient, effective and robust CDD processes across IWPB.
  • The role holder is responsible for maintaining the CDD governance discipline by monitoring and maintaining data integrity and messaging at all times to IWPB management and risk committees, ensuring significant, current and emerging operational risks and internal control issues are escalated appropriately.
