A rapidly growing QSR and Cloud Kitchen group in the UAE seeks a Culinary Lead / Product Development Chef to drive menu innovation and recipe creation. This role requires 5–10 years of experience in QSR or large-scale production kitchens, alongside a strong understanding of culinary standardization and commercial manufacturing practices. You'll shape the culinary identity, ensuring products meet quality and cost standards while collaborating with supply chain teams. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as an R&D Chef, Culinary Lead, or similar.
• Strong background in QSR, cloud kitchens, or large-scale production kitchens.
• Ability to balance creativity with cost control.

Responsibilities

• Research and create new menu items aligned with brand positioning.
• Create detailed recipe specifications including ingredient lists and methods.
• Lead tasting panels and analyze sensory feedback for product refinement.
• Evaluate and approve raw materials and ingredients.
• Scale recipes from development to batch production.
