Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a CRM and Clientelling Manager for a Dubai-based luxury retail group. You will audit and unify client data across stores, design RFM segments, and lead clienteling via WhatsApp Business and email to drive engagement and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in retail CRM or clienteling, with 3 years in luxury fashion/jewelry, strong Excel and POS data skills, and experience with Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce while ensuring UAE PDPL compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in retail CRM or clienteling.
• 3 years in luxury/premium fashion or jewelry; GCC experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL or equivalent for raw POS data.

Responsibilities

• Audit, extract, and clean customer data from POS across stores; build a unified client database.
• Design and run RFM segmentation (VIP, repeat, lapsed, one-time) and provide monthly insights for management.
• Build and run clienteling programs via WhatsApp Business and email for post-purchase follow-ups, new arrivals, reactivation, and VIP events.
• Ensure data capture and outreach comply with UAE PDPL; select and implement a cost-effective CRM/clienteling tool and track ROI.

About the Client:

A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.

Job Description:

• Audit, extract, and clean customer data from POS across all stores; build and maintain a single unified client database
• Design and run RFM segmentation (VIP, repeat, lapsed, one-time tourist) and produce monthly insights for management: top-client revenue concentration, reactivation opportunities, brand cross-shopping
• Build and run clienteling programs via WhatsApp Business and email: post-purchase follow-up, new-arrival outreach, lapsed-client reactivation, VIP event invitation.
• Ensure all data capture and outreach comply with UAE PDPL requirements, including consent and opt-out management; select and implement a low-cost CRM/clienteling tool suitable for the business scale, manage it end-to-end, and track ROI through repeat rate, reactivation revenue, and average spend by segment.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in retail CRM or clienteling, including at least 3 years in luxury/premium fashion or jewelry; GCC experience strongly preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience managing CRM/clienteling activities end-to-end, including POS data extraction and cleaning, customer segmentation, campaign execution, and store-level implementation.
• Advanced Excel skills required, with SQL or equivalent experience working with raw POS data strongly preferred; comfortable working independently in a build-from-scratch environment.
• Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business and CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or clienteling apps, with practical familiarity with UAE PDPL/data-privacy compliance.
