Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking an experienced CRM professional to lead data maintenance, analytics, and omnichannel campaigns across its luxury retail portfolio in the UAE. You will manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Looker, and PowerBI to drive personalized customer journeys and measure KPI performance.

Collaborating with store leaders, e-commerce, and buying teams, you will own the CRM engagement calendar and communicate with stakeholders regionally and globally while traveling for store visits

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CRM experience, preferably in luxury retail, premium fashion, beauty, jewelry, or hospitality.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, PowerBI, Looker, or Adobe Campaign.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and omnichannel CRM strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Ability to travel for regular store visits across UAE.
• Excellent communication skills for training and presenting to retail teams.
