Job summary

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy in Dubai seeks an experienced Retail CRM and clienteling specialist to lead data-driven engagement for luxury fashion. You will build a unified customer database, drive RFM segmentation and manage clienteling campaigns across WhatsApp Business and email.

You will train retail teams on data capture, monitor repeat purchases and reactivation ROI, and ensure UAE PDPL compliance while selecting cost-effective CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in Retail CRM / Clienteling.
• Minimum 3 years in luxury/premium fashion or jewelry.
• GCC experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel required; SQL/POS data experience preferred.
• Proven results in clienteling, customer reactivation and repeat revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a unified customer database from POS data
• Lead RFM segmentation and identify VIP, repeat, lapsed and one-time clients
• Drive clienteling campaigns through WhatsApp Business & Email
• Improve in-store customer data capture and train retail teams
• Track repeat purchases, reactivation revenue and campaign ROI
• Ensure compliance with UAE PDPL requirements
• Select and manage a cost-effective CRM/clienteling platform
