Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a CRM/Data lead to audit, clean and unify customer data from POS across all stores, building a single client database to power targeted campaigns. You will design RFM segmentation, run clienteling programs via WhatsApp Business and email, set data-capture targets, train store teams, and ensure compliance with UAE PDPL while delivering monthly insights to management.

Advanced Excel required; SQL or equivalent ability to work with raw POS exports.
Proven results from clienteling campaigns with measurable lift.
Experience building a unified client database from POS data.
Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

Audit extract and clean customer data from POS across all stores and build a unified client database.
Design and run RFM segmentation and monthly insights for management.
Build clienteling programs via WhatsApp Business and email post-purchase follow-up.
Set data-capture targets per store and audit compliance weekly on the floor.
