Responsibilities:
As a Creative Designer, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Create and deliver day-to-day design assets including social media graphics, banners, presentations, and email templates.
- Support senior designers and external agencies with asset preparation, design iterations, and campaign materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple business lines and platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to meet creative and campaign objectives.
- Prepare and optimise files for both digital and print, ensuring technical accuracy.
Tools & skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with Adobe Express for quick-turnaround assets.
- Bonus: Knowledge of motion design tools (e.g., After Effects), automated design platforms (e.g., Synthesia), or Canva.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand alignment.
- Basic understanding of production workflows and file optimization for different outputs.
Requirements:
