Job description

Urgently required for a reputed automobile spare parts trading company based in Jebel Ali Dubai male Counter Salesman having experience in selling European Trucks & Trailer Parts / American Car Parts, should be fluent in English / Arabic & French Language.

His responsibilities are as follows :

  1. Process workshop requirements to understand technicians’ requests, job cards, and written reports.
  2. Sales growth within the account base with the introduction of new customers.
  3. Manage Inbound Parts calls for all Dealer.
  4. Central administration of Bus purchase orders.
  5. Ensuring Customer Service targets and commitments are met.
  6. Working to set Sales KPIs using an internal system.
  7. Liaising with Dealer Point Parts staff daily to confirm delivery service availability, hours available to sell, and customer issues.
  8. Work with the SAP Competency Center on finding system solutions and enhancing existing solutions.
  9. To process customer and engineer orders.
  10. To maintain good customer contacts, both over the telephone and by means of regular visits, and thereby enhance customer satisfaction.
  11. Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions, educating them on product usage, and providing advice for maintenance and installation.
  12. Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility.
  13. Intervene in situations where a customer is dissatisfied, and come up with creative solutions to maintain business when dealing with backorders, damaged parts, or stock-outs.
  14. Organize merchandise and participate in modifying displays to reflect current inventory, sales, and promotions.
  15. Calculate sales totals, taking into account such factors as discounts, store credit, promotions, and flash sales.
  16. Label different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods for organization and documentation.
  17. Inspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist the customer with a replacement part or a full refund.
  18. Participate in accepting shipments of parts, sending orders to customers, and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facility.
